We do offer wholesale to qualified buyers.
If you are interested in carrying our pet products in your store and
want to setup up a wholesale account with us,
please sent us the following information to:

All fields must be completed. E-mails sent with incomplete information
will be deleted.

- Billing Name and Address if Different from

- Tell us a little about the nature of your
business.
- Which products are you interested in.
It could take one full week to
review your wholesale request.
(We reserve the right to decline any wholesale request without
explanation.)
ORDERING POLICY

We only sell wholesale to
businesses who can provide valid tax ID numbers / resale numbers
and purchase at minimum order levels. Minimum order is $150.

DELIVERY POLICY
|
We
pride ourselves on prompt and accurate shipping of all
order. Most order received by the date you order and we will
shipped the next business day. Weekend orders will be
shipped on Monday. Items with slightly extended delivery
time will notice to by E-Mail.

PAYMENT POLICY
|
For
our wholesale accounts we accept payments in CASHIER CHECK and
PAYPAL payment ( PayPal transaction fee apply-5% of wholesale
amount of the order),
unless you spoken with us to make other arrangements.

ESTIMATING SHIPPING &
HANDING CHARGES

E-Mail
us and ask for the shipping
and Handing charges.
If the estimate is more than the shipping and handing, we will
promptly refund the difference. Masterpet chooses the
carrier for the inland freight to the appointed forwarder, unless
otherwise specified by vendor.
