PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS AS WELL AS LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS THAT MAY APPLY TO YOU.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER:   You must notify our Company within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the ordered item/s if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  If you receive a wrong or defect item, we will provide you with a mailing label to ship back the wrong part to us.  The replacement will only be sent once the wrong or defect item has been received and confirmed by us.

RETURN POLICIES:

  1. All returns should be made within 5 business days from the date of receipt of the ordered items.
  2. Subject to 25% restocking fee.
  3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached.
  5. Refund on returned items will be processed and issued once we received the item/s.
  6. No credits can be issued on damaged items.
  7. You must contact us directly before you attempted to return any item to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you to include with your return. (NO EXCEPTION)
  8. Issued RMA must ship out within 2 business days. Failure to do so, the return will not be processed.
  9. You must return the item/s to us in their original box or packaging.
  10. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning the item/s.
  11. Additional fees may apply.

PACKING AND SHIPPING OF ITEMS FOR RETURN:

  1. Contact Customer Service at 1-626-333-1298 and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Pack the items in the original boxes together with the original packing slip or receipt.
  3. Write the (RMA) number that was given to you outside the shipping box for identification.
  4. Mail the package back to Masterpet Co., 120 South Sixth Ave., City of Industry, CA 91746

REFUND POLICY:   We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item/s.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days from receipt of your return.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:   Our Company does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including but not limited to any liability for item/s not being available for use, lost profits, loss of business except as expressly provided herein.  Our Company will not be liable for nay consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised for the possibility of such damages or for any claim by any third party.
